The Mapel Team

Lawrence started off at Mapel in 2011 as a Building Designer and Graduate Architect before obtaining his full Architect’s registration in 2014. He’s a registered architect with the Architects Board of WA and a member of the Australian Institute of Architects, bringing a wealth of experience and high-level credentials to all of Mapel Building’s design work.

Lawrence is highly experienced in residential, commercial and industrial building design. He’s worked on varied projects from initial conception through to construction, such as community projects, churches, schools, medical and vet centres, transportable homes and multi-residential developments. However, it’s the commercial industry where Lawrence thrives and enjoys the best leverage of his talents. He prefers the challenge and variety that comes with Mapel’s work as every project is different and custom-designed to suit its specific user and location.

A husband and a father of two, Lawrence plays tennis and attends the local gym when he’s not working on construction projects.
